Introduction
TWT is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in all aspects of our work. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, identity, or circumstances. This policy sets out our commitment to building a fair and inclusive environment for all.

This policy applies to:
•    Our trustees and volunteers
•    Beneficiaries and service users
•    Partners and stakeholders

  • Creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected

  • Eliminating discrimination and fostering positive relationships.

  • Continuously reviewing and improving our EDI practices.

 

How We Will Achieve This
We will achieve our commitment to EDI by:

  • Communication: Using inclusive language and ensuring our communications are accessible to all.

  • Decision-Making: Considering the impact of our decisions on diverse groups and taking steps to mitigate any potential negative impacts.

  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly reviewing our policies and practices to ensure they remain effective.

 

Reporting Discrimination
We take all allegations of discrimination seriously. Anyone who feels they have been discriminated against can report it to any trustee or a designated contact person. All reports will be investigated fairly and confidentially.


Accessibility
This policy is available in various formats upon request, including large print, audio, and accessible online versions.


Review
This policy will be reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
